So do you have to give up doughnuts? The answer is NO. You can have healthy doughnuts that you should take the time and bake yourself.
You can actually make a double batch and freeze some for later.

1/2 tsp of cinnamon or apple pie spice
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

I like variety
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray Pam for 2 seconds.
Add all dry ingredients and sift with a fork, stir in wet ingredients and beat until all is combined.
(I use 2 Nordic Ware Doughnut baking pans that I got from Target for $13.99 a piece. If your local Target doesn't have them you can get them from amazon.com but will probably have to pay for shipping.)
Fill each of the doughnut wells 2/3 full. Bake 10-12 minutes, until the top of the donuts spring back up when lightly touched. Cool for about 5 minutes. Enjoy
Once you see how easy this is, fill your freezer up so the next time you are tempted--you are prepared!
